The information on your e-VoA must match the information on your valid passport completely, otherwise, your e-VoA will be invalid.
According to Article 106 of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 44 of 2015, the Immigration Officer at the port of entry reserves the right to deny entry into Indonesia to any foreigner who provides incorrect information in their visa application.
Please note that the time taken to issue a new e-VoA will depend on the Directorate General of Immigration.

Effective October 2025, all international passengers are REQUIRED to declare their arrival through the All Indonesia platform. https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/. The application can be completed up to three days prior to arrival.

Documents to carry
Present the following documents to the Immigration officer upon arrival for inspection:
- Passport: A valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry into Indonesia.
- Outbound or Onward Ticket: A confirmed ticket for departure from Indonesia.
Please note:
- The immigration officer may request additional information or documents.
- The Immigration Officer will affix a Visit Visa sticker and/or Entry Stamp in your passport upon arrival for normal passports.
- Travelers holding an e-passport are eligible to use e-gates.
- You will receive a notification regarding your entry into Indonesia via email.
