Applying for an e-VoA through the online application system can be done from the comfort of your home or office at any time of the day. This process includes submitting all required documents and making the payment via your desktop, laptop, or mobile phone. Once approved, your e-VoA will be sent to your registered email address.
The entire process (application, payment, and issuance of the e-VoA) is digital, time-saving, and takes place within a user-friendly and secure environment. With an e-VoA, you can also avoid long queues at the airport. Additionally, if you hold an e-passport, you are eligible to use the e-gates.
While applying for an e-VoA online is straightforward, approval is not guaranteed. The Immigration Authorities will review your application and documents before issuing the e-VoA.
Receiving an e-VoA does not guarantee entry into Indonesia. The final decision on entry is made by the Immigration Officer at the port of entry. They may still deny entry based on various factors, such as security concerns or failure to meet entry requirements.
The maximum stay validity for the e-VoA is 30 days from the date of entry into Indonesia. Holders of e-VoA are granted permission to stay in Indonesia for 30 days, and the stay permit is extendable for another 30 days. You can extend the e-VoA 14 days after you arrive in Indonesia. For details on the extension process, please visit the official immigration website at https://imigrasi.go.id/
If you are experiencing issues with not receiving emails, please contact our help desk at [email protected].
Although it is possible to apply as a family, each application is reviewed individually. If any e-VoA is denied, you can reapply for another one. However, the rest of the family can still travel as planned.
