The online Indonesia e-VoA solution may facilitate profile checkson Applicant information and any mandated supporting documentations to be received in advance by the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia, in order to grant Indonesia electronic Visa on Arrival before Applicants enter into Indonesian territory using the Indonesia electronic Visa-on-arrival approval method . . In addition, VFS may contact you via email, whatsapp or phone for additional information in order to process the request. Prior to making payment for the Indonesia electronic Visa-on-arrival request, you will have an opportunity to review all the details you have provided on your screen and make changes if necessary. If you have made an error, it is important that you correct it before proceeding. Once you have confirmed the details, you will be prompted to enter your credit card details for our service charge.
Exemption from Responsibility
This Website is only applicable to Indonesia e-VoA by processing the Applicant’s information. The ultimate decision lies with the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia and VFS cannot be held responsible for the e-VoA decision. VFS will not be held responsible for Visa on Arrival that are granted when the Applicant provides false information.
VFS is responsible only for submitting the application on behalf of the applicant and cannot be held responsible for the result of said application, as approval is subject to the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia Authority. VFS cannot be held responsible for Indonesia e-VoA applications results that are produced from providing erroneous information or from a mistake made by the Applicant. VFS cannot be held responsible for a delay with the Indonesia e-VoA application as the response time is handled by the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic Indonesia . VFS is only responsible for verifying that all mandatory documentation has been provided and for correcting the document's format as required by the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia before the application is submitted. VFS cannot be responsible for the documentation data, such as name, passport number, city of birth, etc.
It is categorically stated that VFS is not involved in any decision making or play any judgemental role in your visa application process and neither VFS issues any type of visa. The assessment of visa applications itself is not carried out by VFS (or any member of its group) and the grant or refusal of your visa is at the sole discretion of the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic Indonesia which reserves the right to ask for further documentation and information for the visa you have applied for and to refuse any visa application. You must supply such further documentation and information if you wish the application to continue to be considered. Please do note that VFS’ role is restricted to solely handle your documentation on behalf of the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia purely as a logistics measure and cannot comment on the documents shared by you.

Service Fee
VFS reserves the right to charge a service fee. VFS will charge the following service fee in addition to the fee charged by Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia:-
• VFS Service Fee – IDR 230.000
Additionally, applicants whose Indonesia e-VoA application is not approved or declined by Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances whatsoever.
Terms and Conditions for Pre-Authorization Credit or Debit Card Transactions
By initiating a pre-authorization credit or debit card transaction with VFS, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any pre-authorization.
1. What is a Pre-Authorization?
A pre-authorization is a temporary hold of payment amount on customer’s credit or debit card by the issuing bank or card issuer to confirm that you have sufficient funds to cover the transaction. This is not a charge, but rather a reservation of funds that may be adjusted or released upon the final settlement of the transaction.
2. Purpose of Pre-Authorization
Pre-authorization is commonly used for services where the exact amount of the transaction is not immediately known and to avoid the risk of non-payment.
The pre-authorization ensures that sufficient funds are available for the transaction, and the funds will be temporarily held until the final amount is determined or when the transaction is completed.
3. Duration of the Pre-Authorization Hold
Pre-authorization holds may remain on your credit or debit card for a general period of 5-8 days, depending on your bank or card issuer and the terms of the transaction.
After this period, the hold may be automatically released by the issuing bank or card issuer. Note that the timing of release shall depend on the policies of your bank or card issuer.
